Human Resources & Finance Assistant

At QED Technologies Europe, you will support the HR and Finance function by ensuring accurate and structured administrative processing of sales, service, HR, and financial data. Within our international team in Delft – responsible for the development, production, sales, and service of high-precision metrology systems – you play an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and correctly.
In this role, you are responsible for supporting sales, operations, finance, and HR activities through accurate administrative processing.
Your key responsibilities:

Process sales and service contracts, orders, and customer data in CRM and ERP systems

Check and process incoming invoices and prepare and send sales invoices

Monitor payment statuses in coordination with the Finance Manager

Handle administrative HR tasks, including contracts and absence registration

Prepare standard reports and provide status updates when required

Act as a point of contact for document status in sales processes and communicate progress to internal stakeholders and, where applicable, customers

You are a structured and accurate professional who enjoys administrative work and supporting finance and HR processes. You work independently, are service-oriented, and communicate clearly with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Your profile includes:

MBO4 / HBO working and thinking level, preferably in finance or administration

Experience with administrative processes (HR and/or finance is a plus)

Good skills in ERP, CRM, Excel, Word, or similar systems

Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented way of working

Proactive and customer-oriented communication style
-
Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
