As Medior Account Manager Professional Clients you play a key role in supporting and growing one on LYNX's most important segments.
You are responsible for building strong relationships with Professional Clients while supporting them in their day-to-day use of the platform, accounts, and trading tools. This includes handling complex client questions, guiding onboarding processes together with Compliance and CDD, supporting commercial growth initiatives, and ensuring clients receive a high level of service and support.

Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with Professional Clients

Contributing to the acquisition and growth of new Professional Clients

Conducting sales conversations, client presentations, and fee negotiations with prospects and existing clients

Representing LYNX at events and actively expanding your professional network

Guiding clients through onboarding processes together with CDD and Compliance teams

Ensuring onboarding processes run smoothly and managing expectations towards clients

Helping clients become fully operational and successfully set up on the platform

A proactive and flexible professional who combines strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset

2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management within financial services

Experience working with trading platforms

You have a DSI Informeren Beleggen (Retail) registration

Solid knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments

Affinity with Professional Clients such as asset managers, advisors, and funds
-
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

Experience with onboarding processes (KYC/CDD)

Familiarity with relevant regulations such as MiFID and AML/KYC
-
Experience dealing with more complex client structures (e.g. funds or asset managers)
