Your Impact
As HR Manager, you will take ownership of both strategic and operational HR together with the HR & administration team, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and a change agent for the organization. You will play a crucial role in strengthening our organization by:
1. Building a Scalable HR Foundation
- Develop and implement a strategic workforce plan
- Professionalize HR processes, structures, and policies
- Ensure compliance across multiple European countries with a focus on the Benelux
2. Driving Talent & Growth
- Lead recruitment strategy in a competitive labour market
- Scale hiring efforts (targeting multiple hires per month)
- Build a strong employer brand and optimize recruitment channels
3. Elevating Performance & Development
- Implement structured performance management and KPI frameworks
- Create clarity on growth paths, compensation and progression
- Design a Learning & Development strategy
4. Leading Culture & Change
- Act as a change agent in an evolving international organization
- Strengthen trust, collaboration and communication across teams
- Foster an inclusive, international culture with English as the common language
5. Enhancing Employee Experience
- Improve engagement, wellbeing, and employee relations
- Address organizational challenges and build a positive work environment
- Support managers in becoming strong, accountable leaders
6. Ensuring Operational Excellence
- Oversee HR administration and systems
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting
- Ensure legal compliance and risk management (e.g., RI&E)
Who are you?
You are a hands-on HR Manager who combines strategic thinking with execution power.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including both operational and strategic roles
- Experience in a scale-up or changing organization is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law; international exposure is a bonus
- Proven ability to drive change, culture, and performance
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive, resilient and able to build trust at all levels
