The NIKE Marketplace Partner (NMP) Supply Chain team is responsible for enabling the best Nike consumer experience by offering the right supply chain and fulfillment services where it matters, and by getting the right product, to the right place, at the right time - in a profitable way. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Supply Chain Specialist role is a fundamental role within Nike’s Marketplace Supply (MSC) focused on executing tactical order management. You will succeed by utilizing reporting and insights to drive timely delivery of all Nike products to support Nike profitability. You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with internal cross functional partners through report interpretation, tools, video calls and s. You will implement desk level orderbook tasks to deliver overall orderbook and business KPIs.
You Bring:
Experience with Supply Chain and Account / Partner Management
Strong time management and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness
Ability to analyze, influence, and storytelling with data
Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau, DataBricks
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end order management activities, problem-solving issues to maintain a shippable orderbook, communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders, and taking initiative to identify risk and opportunities for Nike and our Partners. Access and leverage data and reporting to support order management execution and communicate delivery visibility to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor key KPI’s and escalate risks, opportunities, and recommendations for Nike and Partners. Manage wholistic orderbook as well as key initiatives and assortments.
Role Accountabilities
Work cross-functionally to maintain a shippable orderbook and coordinate the execution of order activities
Proactively track product deliveries, order fill rates, deliveries, and cancellation activities
Maintain the partner vendor tool and respond to questions regarding order status and tracking information
Execute and communicate standard and ad hoc reports to support execution
Drive day-to-day problem-solving activities to resolve and escalate issues as required
Communicate with key stakeholders on existing processes / capabilities
Actively drive process improvements in our way of working
Relocation is not available for this position
