Location: Eindhoven - The Netherlands
As an Inside Sales you will sell company products and services via telephone, internet or e-mail. You will work in conjunction with Outside Field Sales Representatives, Product Management and Sales Management to increase sales opportunities. The focus is on building relationships and tailortin the sales approach to exceed our customer's requirements and expectations.
- Liaising with and supporting a defined customer base
- Systematically developing the sales area and building new customer relatiosnships
- Monitoring quality figures for our customers
- Providing price and delivery quotes
- Following-up these quotes: processing orders and monitoring shipments to customers
- Maintaining successful supplier realtionships
- In addition, you will take on the responsibilties to coordinating deliveries
- As the first point of contact for customer complaints, you wll provide customers with solutions to any problems they will have
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Inside Sales or in a related position in the electronic component industry
- Well organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
- You are a communicative, team-orientated person with strong organizational skills, independant work ethic and quick understanding of new information
- Fluent in Dutch an good knowledge of English
- You also have good MS-Office knowledge
This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing and enthousiastic person. You are a teamplayer with excellent communications skills. You can work under pressure and deal with people at all levels. You can work at your own initiative and have a keen perception. Furthermore you understand the difference between the Dutch and Belgium mindset and know how to navigate this.
