We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Housekeeping to support the leadership of our Housekeeping team. About the Role
As Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you will work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to oversee the daily operations of the department. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are consistently achieved throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of all Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Lead, coach, and develop the Housekeeping team to ensure exceptional performance and service standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and departmental expenses
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
