About the role
As SAP Procurement Consultant, you take full functional ownership of Refresco's SAP Procurement domain. As the functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM), you ensure our procurement applications remain stable, continuously improve, and support our international business.
Procurement is a critical part of Refresco's operations and plays an essential role in ensuring our manufacturing sites have everything they need to operate successfully. Working closely with Procurement, Business Process Owners, external application support partners, and project teams, you translate business needs into smart SAP solutions that support our continued growth.
This is a role with plenty of variety. Alongside maintaining and enhancing the existing application landscape, you'll play a key role in SAP implementation projects and strategic initiatives across multiple countries, giving you broad international exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact. Experience with SAP Ariba is an advantage as you contribute to the further development of our procurement landscape.

Your role is built around three core responsibilities: application ownership & support, continuous improvement and project delivery.
What you will be doing

Take full functional ownership of the SAP Procurement domain, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.

Manage incidents together with our external AMS partner, driving user satisfaction, SLA compliance, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.

Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions together with Business Process Owners and key stakeholders.

Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA MM functionality and support integrations across the procurement landscape.

Lead or contribute to SAP implementation projects, enhancements, and rollouts, acting as Functional Consultant or domain lead from design through go-live and hypercare.

Review, approve, and oversee changes delivered by external implementation and support partners.

Support testing, documentation, and business readiness for new functionality and system improvements.

Stay informed about SAP innovations and business developments to continuously optimize the procurement application landscape.
What you will bring
-
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant, preferably within an international organization.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM), including configuration and customization.

Experience working with SAP Ariba is an advantage.

Experience participating in or leading SAP implementation projects within the Procurement domain.

Experience working across multiple SAP modules and integrated business processes.

Understanding of ABAP and the ability to perform basic debugging is a plus.

Experience with EDI and application integrations is an advantage.

Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management processes is preferred.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
