Join our EMEA Recruitment team and play a key role in shaping the future of some of Tesla's most innovative and technical organizations — spanning Remanufacturing, IT, Vehicle Engineering, and the Optimus program.
As part of our EMEA Engineering & Tech Recruiting Team, you'll work closely with experienced recruiters and gain hands -on exposure to the full recruitment cycle as you grow into the role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about people, talent, and technology.
What You'll Do-
Supporting recruiters with screening CV applications, referral campaigns as well as sourcing and engaging with passive candidates on LinkedIn and other sourcing channels (e.g., events)
- Conducting structured phone screens to evaluate behavioural and technical baseline fit, as well as skills for success at Tesla

Partnering with recruiters to support Hiring Managers in assessing talent needs and contributing to hiring plans, learning about the end-to-end recruiting cycle and recruitment strategy
- Helping prepare weekly updates with Hiring managers, including recruitment data on candidate funnel, recruiting performance and talent market
- Focusing on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity, continuously looking for ways to improve
- Collaborating cross-functionally with different Talent Acquisition and People teams in your region and EMEA

As you grow in the role, you’ll gradually take on end to end ownership of requisitions and parts of the business, running full recruiting cycles independently and becoming a trusted partner to your Hiring Managers

Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal); an additional European language is a strong plus

Previous experience in Recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required
Currently in your final year of studies or recent graduate
