High-precision engineering positions in the Netherlands focus on manufacturing complex, low-volume components for leading OEM customers in global industries such as semiconductor, medical/analytical equipment, aerospace, defense, and high-performance automotive.
- Machining Scope: Operations center on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling using advanced machinery (equipped with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls and pallet change systems).
- Technical Complexity: Work involves extremely tight tolerances (down to 1–2 microns), complex material removal (e.g., titanium, high-grade steel, and massive aluminum blocks), and extended machining cycles ranging from hundreds to over a thousand hours per part.
- Workflow: Dedicated CAM programming departments handle code generation, allowing operators to focus on machine setup, tooling, process stability, clamping, and in-process quality control.
- Shift Work & Relocation: Positions operate under a 2-shift model with associated shift allowances (15%–20%). Full international relocation support is provided, covering housing assistance, Dutch tax registration (BSN), bank account setup, health insurance application, and language courses.
