For our site in Zaandam, we are looking for a Site Assistant to temporarily strengthen our team. This is a temporary position until October 2026, for 24 hours per week, spread across 4 or 5 days.
In this varied role, you will be at the heart of supporting both facility and logistics processes. You ensure everything runs smoothly and act as an important link between different departments and external partners.

Support incoming and outgoing goods flows and liaise with drivers and suppliers.

Maintain accurate administration of materials and products in the system and monitor inventory levels.

Assist with ordering materials, packaging supplies, and facility-related items.

Coordinate facility-related matters such as lockers, access passes, cleaning services, and waste management.

Manage workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees.

MBO-4 level of education and thinking (or equivalent vocational qualification)

Experience with administrative and coordination-related tasks

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage

Good command of English language is a must, speaking and understanding Dutch is a plus

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
