Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities across our European locations. This role can be based at our offices in the Netherlands, Sweden or Estonia and is a fixed term role for six months with the opportunity for extension.
What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering end to end recruitment from intake to offer across all functions

Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication and engagement to a high standard from initial screening to start date

Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Build and strengthen trusted relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and the wider HR team

Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

1-2 years of recruitment experience; Engineering or technical recruitment is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of English is a must as the role is regional

Experience in-house or in a recruitment agency

Experience in using Workday
