As Lead Electrical Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our electrical discipline. You actively contribute to projects and product development while acting as a central point of contact between engineering, project management, and other departments. You combine handson engineering with coordination, quality oversight, and expert advice.

Coordinating and planning electrical engineering activities across projects

Designing, reviewing, and managing electrical diagrams using EPLAN

Safeguarding the technical quality of products and engineering processes

Acting as the goto electrical expert for project teams and stakeholders

Preparing functional descriptions and technical specifications

Monitoring planning, progress, and compliance with technical standards

Sharing knowledge and continuously developing both yourself and the team
You're an enthusiastic and driven electrical engineer who enjoys working in a teambased, projectoriented environment. You take ownership, think analytically, and aren't afraid to make decisions. A completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or similar

Proven experience in electrical engineering (experience within mechanical engineering or logistics is a plus)

Experience with EPLAN is an advantage

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Knowledge of international mechanical engineering standards (CE and/or UL knowledge is a plus)
