We are a leading provider of ERP so3ware for the global food industry, with a specializa=on in the egg
and poultry sector. Our solu=ons are built on Microso3 Dynamics 365 Business Central and are used
worldwide. To strengthen our support team, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
support specialist with in-depth knowledge of Business Central.
About the Role
As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding func=onal
and technical ques=ons about our ERP solu=on. You will analyze incoming requests, provide
appropriate solu=ons, and ensure excellent user experience. Thanks to your experience and exper=se,
you will be able to independently resolve complex issues and contribute to structural improvements.
Your responsibili%es
- Responding to and resolving support requests via our =cke=ng system.
- Analyzing func=onal and technical issues in Business Central.
- Assis=ng with updates, configura=ons, and minor adjustments.
- Documen=ng solu=ons and contribu=ng to knowledge base ar=cles.
- Iden=fying recurring issues and sugges=ng structural improvements.
- Collabora=ng with consultants and developers on complex cases.
Your profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support role within an ERP environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microso3 Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud and on-premise).
- Understanding business processes such as finance, logis=cs, produc=on, and sales.
- Strong analy=cal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communica=on skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and wriVen; German is a
plus.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Proac=ve aYtude and ability to perform under pressure.
- Bachelor-level working and thinking ability, preferably in business administra=on or logis=cs.
