As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you lead the daily operations to ensure our guests enjoy an exceptionally good stay. You will work in two main shifts:
Opening Shift: 08:00 – 16:00
Closing Shift: 10:00 – 18:00
We operate 7 days a week, with shifts on both weekdays and weekends.
You will be part of a dedicated, fully internal housekeeping team. The team consists of a Housekeeping Manager, Supervisors, Room Attendants (RA), General Service (AD) staff, and Housemen. Together, we are responsible for the pristine appearance of our iconic building.
The Opening: Prepare room lists, divide the workload for Room Attendants, and personally oversee the preparation of VIP rooms.
Daily Coordination: Assign tasks and ensure a smooth workflow. You will work closely with the Front Office regarding room statuses, VIP arrivals, early check-ins, and special requests.
Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain our high standards.
Supervision: Coordinate the daily operations of RAs, AD staff, and Housemen, supporting them with their daily tasks.
Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and supplies. Perform minor "spot repairs" when possible; otherwise, coordinate with the Technical Department and track resolution.
The Closing: Complete the final inspection round of public areas, collect team lists, and send out the daily handover.
Administration: Assist with quality programs, performance reviews, and administrative tasks to improve overall room quality and team performance
