We are a consulting company partnering with a global cybersecurity leader, looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In this role, you will provide strategic cybersecurity leadership across industries such as financial services, energy, utilities, government, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead risk management and security improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2
- Oversee incident response, business continuity, and security operations
- Manage security infrastructure, monitoring, and tools
- Build and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams
- Drive vulnerability management and threat intelligence programs
- Report cybersecurity risks and posture to senior stakeholders
- Promote a strong security culture across the organization
Who We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership roles
- Experience in sectors such as financial services, government, energy, utilities, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, and NIS2)
- Experience with IAM / SSO / MFA / PAM solutions
- Ability to identify security gaps and implement effective solutions
- Strong understanding of the current threat landscape and security trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
