Who are we?
At ING, our ambition is to become Europe’s leading mobile bank. Within the Tribe Growth, we use data and customer insights to continuously improve our services and align them with what customers truly need. We make ING increasingly customer-centric and ensure that data plays a central role in our decisions and strategies.
With a team of over 70 data analysts and data scientists, we work on smart solutions that directly contribute to customer value. This includes analyzing customer behavior, improving our digital channels, and developing new data-driven products.
We work in multidisciplinary teams, both within our own tribe and across other tribes within ING Netherlands. Each year, we determine together where your talents can best be applied. You may work on the same topic or product group for several years, but you’ll also have the opportunity to accelerate your growth by taking on new challenges.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a passionate data analyst to strengthen our team. You’ll analyze customer behavior and translate it into actionable insights, improvement proposals, and campaign selections.
As a Data Analyst:
Do you have a passion for data and want to make an impact?
Do you enjoy solving problems and want to develop yourself further? Then we’re looking for you!
Your skills and experience:
Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with data specialists, marketers, or risk colleagues.
What do we offer?
We offer a full-time (36-hour) position in a dynamic environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a modern agile organization with smart and friendly colleagues, and many opportunities to develop both your technical and personal skills.
Every three weeks, our team of 70 data analysts comes together to learn from and with each other. Here you can read more about working at ING: Working at ING (opens in new window)
