Freelance CompEx Consultant (Project Assignment)
CSMART is looking for a highly specialized CompEx-certified Consultant (freelance) for a temporary project-based assignment requiring expertise that is currently not available in-house.
In this assignment, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong instructional skills to independently deliver CompEx training and assessments for cruise ship officers working in hazardous areas.

Valid CompEx certifications (Foundation / Foundation+ / EX 01–04 – Instructor & Assessor);

5+ years’ experience in hazardous areas;

Proven experience within the maritime sector (cruise experience is a plus);

Strong track record in delivering technical training and assessments;

Strong communication skills and a professional, instructional approach;

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
