Business Analyst
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. You will support two Agile teams responsible for employee-facing and Wealth & Affluent customer digital forms, helping shape and optimize a key customer interaction channel used across the bank.
Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers, you will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, ensuring high-quality digital solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital form solutions.
- Translate stakeholder requests into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improved customer experience.
- Collaborate with developers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly.
- Coordinate testing activities and support successful implementation and release of new functionality.
- Challenge assumptions, business cases, and proposed solutions where necessary to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and other impacted departments.
- Contribute to sprint planning, refinement sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working on customer-facing digital solutions, applications, portals, or online services.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Experience working within Agile / Scrum / DevOps environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience with digital customer journeys, self-service platforms, online forms, or workflow-driven applications.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Mendix is advantageous.
- Experience supporting end-to-end delivery from requirements through testing and implementation.
