WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As Supervisor in our global crew your activities consist of supervising all activities associated with lifting complicated loads. In addition to supervising the critical lifts, supervisors in our global crew are expected to oversee the handling and logistics of crane parts on site, manage the assembly and disassembling activities, and train and coach trainee operators and supervisors. As a supervisor in the global crew you also need a hands-on mentality and work closely together with the operators.
You will be traveling along with our global cranes all around the world. You carry out this job on challenging, often international projects. You do this in a team with colleagues of various nationalities. English doesn't need to be your first language, but the ability to communicate in english verbally and in writing will be important.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
We are looking for experienced crane operators, lead operators and lifting professionals who are ready to take the next step into a supervisory role.
Previous experience supervising a crane crew is preferred, but candidates with strong operational leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.

Global mindset - when not on leave, you will probably be somewhere in the world on a project

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Current valid crane drivers licence (TCVT or ECOL)

Experience on cranes such as CC2800, CC3800, CC6800, CC8800, LR1750, LR11350 or similar equipment is highly preferred.
