You will join the Offshore Operations NLD team, consisting of passionate professionals. Together, you work on maintaining and operating high-voltage offshore substations, a key task for a sustainable and reliable energy grid. Your qualifications:

A Higher Technical School (HTS/BSc.) level is preferred, with a solid foundation in planning or a comparable role.

Proven experience in a planning function, showcasing your ability to manage complex tasks effectively.

A passion for automation and digital solutions, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in planning or a comparable role, ideally in offshore, heavy industry, or TSO environments.

Affinity with digital tools and automation; knowledge of MS Office and PowerBI.

Familiarity with planning software such as Primavera P6 or SAP MRS.

Familiarity with workorder processing in SAP or similar tool.

Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are known for your attention to detail, flexibility, and proactive mindset.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening and collaboration.
