The European School Bergen is looking for a Nursery Assistant in the English- and Dutch-speaking sections of the nursery cycle, ± 27 hours per week
Profile
- Relevant qualifications as a nursery assistant, class assistant, or teacher
- Educational experience in a multicultural environment is desirable
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
- Ability to speak French is an asset
- The successful candidate will be motivated, flexible, committed
Conditions and offer
- The starting date for the job is 1 May, 2026
- The position is approx. 27 hours per week
- Gross monthly salary is approx. between 2.250 and 2.900 euro depending on experience
- 50% rebate in public transport travel costs
- Initially, a one-year contract is offered, with a view to a permanent position
- Up to 100% reduction on your child(ren)’s school fees at the European School Bergen
- Pension scheme
- Applicants should be in possession of a work permit for the Netherlands
- An offer of employment is subject to the production of a recent Certificate of Good Conduct/disclosure certificate. More information about this will be given if you are selected for interview.
