With our innovative underwater robots, inspection drones, diving operations, and Fleet Monitor, we offer our international client base in the shipping industry unique solutions for maintaining their vessels. In doing so, we directly contribute to reducing emissions, creating a cleaner environment, and enabling customers to operate more efficiently.
Your responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Handling customer requests by reaching out and offering tailored proposals for our services;
- Analyzing and identifying potential vessels of interest and following up on them;
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding offers and ensuring timely responses;
- Participating in client evaluations together with our international account managers to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Collaborating with various internal departments, such as operations, account management, engineering, etc., to further enhance customer satisfaction;
- Actively contributing ideas and support to further optimize our sales department in terms of processes, software, and more.
Job Requirements
To successfully fulfill the role of Customer Success Manager, we ask for the following qualifications:
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a commercial, business, or technical field;
- At least two years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in an international environment;
- Proficiency in English, as you will be interacting frequently with international clients;
- A hands-on mindset and a willingness to learn more about the shipping industry;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information and proposals clearly both verbally and in writing.
