Located in the heart of Amsterdam, just steps away from Rembrandtplein, Isola Bella has been a beloved destination for authentic Italian cuisine and warm hospitality for many years. After an extensive eight-month renovation, we proudly reopened our doors in June with a refreshed interior, renewed energy, and exciting plans for the future.
As we begin this new chapter, we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hospitality-driven team members to join our growing restaurant family.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking team members who:
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service
- Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Are flexible regarding evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Have previous hospitality experience (preferred but not always required depending on the position)
- Speak English; additional languages such as Dutch or Italian are a plus
Responsibilities
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
Front of House
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Working closely with kitchen and bar staff
- Ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience
Kitchen Team
- Preparing ingredients and dishes according to restaurant standards
- Maintaining food quality and presentation
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Keeping workstations clean and organized
- Supporting team operations during busy service periods
