About the Role: As a Quality Engineer in our battery repair workshop (aftersales), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our repaired battery products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and repair efficiency. You will also serve as the linking pin between aftersales, production, development, and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for battery repair processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on repaired battery products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Analyze data from quality control tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the repair team to address and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and quality certifications.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify and eliminate the causes of quality issues in repaired batteries.
- Provide training and guidance to repair staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to battery repair quality.
- Act as the key liaison between aftersales, production, development teams, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist with hands-on battery repair tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Passion for quality and technology.
- Hands-on attitude with a willingness to get involved in battery repair tasks.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a big plus.
