Milky Amsterdam is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead one of our locations.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while building a strong team.
About the role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will ensure excellent service, motivate your team, maintain high operational standards, and work closely with senior management to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage daily operations and solve operational challenges
- Schedule and manage staff efficiently
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Monitor labour costs, food costs, and operational KPIs
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage stock levels and supplier orders
- Handle guest feedback professionally
- Drive sales while maintaining operational excellence
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and team development
