Position overview
As a key member of the EMEA Supply Planning team, the Supply Planner is responsible for developing buy plans, optimizing inventory levels, and projecting supply based on varying demand. Through the use of data-driven insights, the role helps drive decision-making and ensures processes are in place to achieve key performance indicators. Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, EMEA, and working closely with a Senior Supply Planner, this position collaborates with Finance, Technology, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure integrated planning and support business performance across the region.
What You'll Do
- Develop buy plans at the part level using on-hand inventory, demand forecasts, safety stock requirements, and other market-related factors.
- Prioritize inventory management activities based on SKU stratification and business needs.
- Determine and maintain safety stock levels at the item level, adjusting for seasonality and changing demand patterns.
- Actively participate in monthly forecast reviews with Sales and Demand Planning teams to validate demand assumptions and review supply plans.
- Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support SKU rationalization activities.
- Support and manage new product introductions, product transitions, and lifecycle planning activities.
- Support reporting activities, including compiling and analyzing data for monthly S&OP meetings.
- Identify and communicate supply challenges, partnering with factory liaisons and cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain continuity of supply.
- Monitor and meet or exceed key performance indicators, including inventory-to-sales ratio, active versus non-active inventory, days of supply, and related supply chain metrics.
- Assist in defining, implementing, and standardizing planning best practices and business processes across the organization.
- Support company and brand initiatives, contributing to broader business goals and operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive planning experience, preferably within consumer products or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of planning concepts, principles, inventory management, and supply planning best practices.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle or similar planning applications.
- Intermediate SQL skills preferred.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions while working effectively with teams spanning multiple regions and cultures.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones, with willingness to travel up to 20%.
