As our Area Lead Pipe Completion, you are responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all Pipe & Completion activities. You ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
Combining operational leadership with technical expertise, you ensure your team has the resources, skills, and support needed to succeed. You drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of ownership and accountability, and play a key role in the growth and success of the department.

Lead the daily execution of Pipe Completion activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery while managing performance, operational risks, and bottlenecks;

Ensure the readiness of equipment, tooling, and resources, coordinate technical issue resolution, support FAT activities, and drive technical improvements;

Coach, develop, and grow the team through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and competency development;

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while reducing deviations, rework, and recurring issues;

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, delivery performance, and process standardization;

Collaborate with Planning & Preparation, Shift Leaders, Engineering, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution, project support, and customer delivery.

HBO (bachelor) working and thinking level in a technical or operational discipline, or equivalent experience.

Leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment;

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and execution; experience with Pipe & Completion and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing is a plus;

The ability to identify risks, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable improvements;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams;

A hands-on, analytical, and structured approach, combined with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary between €4000,- and €7000,- based on experience and qualifications;
