What You'll Be Doing
As a Consultant you’ll work on real transformation projects, build strong consulting foundations, and grow fast in an entrepreneurial environment.
You will:
- Deliver transformation projects for Banking clients together with experienced consultants.
- Analyze complex challenges and translate them into clear, structured solutions.
- Support initiatives across operations, risk, compliance, finance, and digital transformation.
- Work on process improvements and change initiatives from analysis to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with clients, team members, and industry experts.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge development, and the growth of FiSer’s Banking practice.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for ambitious professionals with a strong interest in Banking, financial services and business transformation.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Finance or similar)
- 2-8 years of experience in banking or financial services, ideally within a bank, consultancy, or fintech.
- Solid expertise in finance, risk management, operations, and banking regulations, ideally gained through transformation and change management initiatives.
- Experience working on full lifecycle projects, from strategy to implementation.
- Good organizational and project management capabilities.
- Interest in banking transformation topics such as digitalization, regulation, risk, or operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Based in the Netherlands and authorized to work there
What to expect from the hiring process:
- First interview – with our Talent Acquisition and HR Manager to discuss your background, motivation, and fit with FiSer.
- Meet the team – with the Hiring Manager and one of our Consultants to discuss your profile and background in more detail, and to deep dive into relevant projects and your role and responsibilities within them.
- Leadership Interview & Mini Business case – with one of our founders and a Senior Consultant, where there may be a small live case to discuss.
