Keephub is the app that makes sure employees on the shop floor, at companies such as Hunkemöller, Dirk and Xenos, don’t have to open fifteen different systems. Everything is brought together in one place: onboarding, tasks, schedules and our AI assistant. We’re growing fast, and AI is becoming part of everything we do. That’s why we’re looking for a smart tech talent who isn’t afraid of new technology and brings a healthy dose of enthusiasm to help us make life easier for employees on the shop floor.
What will we use your skills for?
You’ll become our “dating coach”, bringing applications together even when it doesn’t seem like love at first sight. One day, you’ll build a robust, universal integration that hundreds of customers can benefit from. The next, you’ll put together a quick and dirty proof of concept using an AI tool or a low-code platform like n8n.
Sometimes it’s fast and done through AI-powered vibe coding, which we love, as long as it works.
Sometimes you’ll dive deep into the architecture to build something highly robust.
And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll join a team of experienced senior developers who will teach you the tricks of the trade. You’ll have the space to make mistakes, as long as you have the intrinsic motivation to understand why something does or doesn’t work.
What do we expect from you?
We’re not looking for someone who simply ticks off tickets. We’re looking for someone with initiative and enthusiasm.
You have MBO/HBO-level thinking, but we mainly look at what you can do and what your ambitions are.
You know what REST APIs and JSON are, and you have a solid foundation in databases.
You embrace tools like n8n and LLMs, while staying critical of their quality.
You’re a starter or junior developer who enjoys doing your own research first when you don’t immediately know the answer. If you really get stuck, you’re comfortable reaching out to your teammates.
You communicate easily with colleagues, and sometimes customers, and you don’t write emails in code language.
Dutch and English are a must.
What do you get in return?
A salary of €2,400 to €3,600 gross per month, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance.
The chance to work for and with major brands. You’ll be doing serious work.
Your code will make the work of tens of thousands of people easier every day.
You’ll build with modern tech, smart tools and AI. Not because they’re buzzwords, but because they help you work better, faster and more creatively.
