Rotterdam | Hybrid | Full-time

We're looking for a developer with 3+ years of experience to join the team behind Let's Copilot, our product that helps organizations get the most out of Microsoft Copilot through interactive, gamified training. You'll be building and improving a live SaaS product used by organizations like NS, RTL, and Tata Steel. If you love working on a product that actually reaches people, and you're excited about the intersection of AI, learning, and technology, this might be your next role.

What we're looking for

You're technically solid, with a good feel for code quality and product experience.
You can translate UX designs and product specs into clean, maintainable code.
You have experience with the full development cycle - from design and prototyping to testing and launch.
You're comfortable working across the stack: frontend, backend, APIs, integrations. Experience with web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar) is a plus.
Experience with MS TeamsFx / Microsoft Agents Toolkit is a plus, but not expected.
You have an interest in AI tools and products, and ideally some hands-on experience with them.
You're familiar with SaaS development and understand what it means to build for scale and reliability.
You have a background in software development, computer science, or a related field.
You enjoy working in a small, multidisciplinary team and can communicate clearly about technical choices.

You're genuinely curious about AI and how technology can support learning and behavior change.
You pick up new tools quickly and like to experiment.
You speak and write Dutch and/or English at a professional level.
You're based in the Netherlands and able to work from our Rotterdam office when needed.

What you'll be doing

As a developer on Let's Copilot, you work directly on a growing product with a live and rapidly expanding user base. You're part of a small, focused team where your contributions are visible and your input matters.

On a day-to-day basis:

You build and improve features across the Let's Copilot platform.
You translate product requirements and designs into functional, scalable code.
You help keep the technical quality and performance of the product sharp.
You contribute to technical decisions and help shape how the product evolves.
You collaborate closely with designers, the product owner, and other developers to ship things that work well and feel good to use.
