PH Benelux - Customer Demand Planner
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Build and enrich the market demand forecast for specific (groups of) customer(s) in the Market organization. Besides the Customer Demand Planner will ensure there is one aligned demand plan, signed off by sales, and serves as input into the S&OP process.
You are responsible for:
Create an aligned short term demand plan, by using/improving the baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.
Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and use it in the enrichment process.
Review and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stock-in-trade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results.
Lead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input.
Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios.
Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for S&OP meetings with management.
Maintain the demand plan for respective Customer Planning Groups and ensure timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshots.
Be the gate keeper for potential activation/promotion agreements with customers and feasibility from a supply chain capability perspective.
Build relationship with key customers, prepare and lead joint forecasting meetings.

The Personal Health Benelux Market organization. The aim is to serve customers with speed and excellence through lean, process-driven end-to-end value chains. In your role you will report to the Supply Chain Business Partner Market.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor degree or higher in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
>2 years work experience in Business or Supply Chain environment.
Experience in Supply Chain Management or in a planning role either further upstream (supply centers, factories) or downstream (retail).
Experience in working in a x-function organization.
Familiar with ERP and advanced planning tools, preferably SAP and JDA BlueYonder.
Commercial understanding.
Customer First Mindset.
Ability to use data based root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
Inventory Performance Management.
Fluency in English and Dutch (both) is a must.

We believe that we are better together than apart. This is an office-based role. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Compensation and benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €48.611 Gross to €81.018 Gross. Pay within the range is determined using objective factors, including the skills required, relevant experience, role responsibilities, internal equity and local market considerations. The role is eligible for a maximum 3% bonus, linked to KPIs and company results. The full reward approach will be discussed during the interview process.
