As a Senior Account Executive, you are responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts within the IT infrastructure landscape. You operate with a strong hunter mindset and know how to effectively break into new accounts and build long-term relationships.
You focus on developing new business opportunities across segments such as data centers, service providers, MSPs, telcos, and cloud providers. You understand their challenges and translate these into relevant IT solutions.

Proactively identify, approach, and win new customers

Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic (top-tier) accounts

Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals

Translate customer needs into tailored IT infrastructure solutions

Conduct periodic on-site visits (e.g. twice a year) to strengthen key relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver maximum customer value

Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within networking, data centers, or service providers

Familiarity with MSPs, telcos, and cloud environments

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure; comfortable discussing solutions at a general level

Experience with (or strong affinity for) NSS

A track record of closing deals - able to share concrete examples

Strong commercial drive with a clear focus on new business

You take ownership, are self-driven, and continuously look to improve yourself and your results

Comfortable operating in a high-performance environment where feedback, accountability, and growth are part of the day-to-day

Based in or willing to work from the Amsterdam region

A base salary between €4,000 and €5,000 per month (annual €48,000 - €60,000), depending on experience.

An uncapped performance-based bonus with a realistic OTE.
