As a Lead Supervisor Infrastructure, you are responsible for the daily execution of civil and infrastructure projects. You manage the on-site implementation team, oversee planning, quality, and safety, and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with the agreed specifications. You are the primary point of contact on the work floor for both employees, subcontractors, and clients. Additionally, you work closely with project managers, planners, and other advisors to successfully realize the project from start to finish. This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy combining hands-on leadership with a substantive focus on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, or waterworks.
