- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a strategy or revenue operations lead at a global technology company or enterprise customer.
- Experience deploying advanced AI productivity tools within sales organizations and managing local legal and works council compliance constraints.
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Expert understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, including agency business models and performance strategies for Search and video (YouTube).
- High executive presence with a track record of building trusted relationships at the Director+ level.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. - Author long-term regional strategic plans, design local operating models, and execute segmentations to optimize resource allocation against top accounts.
- Drive the operational cadence of the Benelux business, including designing and managing the leadership agendas, facilitating reviews, and partnering on top customer engagements involving the regional VP.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to identify strategic opportunities and drive shared commercial priorities.
- Monitor and track the cluster's most important business priorities and GTM metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to make proactive, timely recommendations on strategic pivots.
- Drive cross-organizational alignment on priorities and strategic resource allocation to ensure commercial, product, and program objectives are met effectively. Direct the end-to-end OKR process for the region and lead high-quality, organization wide updates and drive a comprehensive communication strategy that makes regional progress toward OKRs highly visible.
