In this role, you will lead a range of projects focused on Stolt Tankers ensuring the safe, reliable, and high-quality delivery of global transportation services.

What you will be doing
In this role, you will drive improvement initiatives across departments, support the successful local implementation of global projects, coach colleagues in CI and lean practices, manage CI activities, and report on KPIs and progress. You will play a key role across the organization by standardizing, improving, and redesigning processes. In this role, you will lead impactful CI projects while training and coaching employees and senior leaders to strengthen the CI mindset and adoption of improvement methods. As a change professional, you will also support transformation initiatives, helping the organization achieve its operational excellence ambitions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with the goal of optimizing the total value chain beyond Stolt boundaries, together with suppliers and customers.
- Lead initiatives to review, standardize, improve, and redesign processes with a focus to make improvements and achieve standardisation.
- Implement Strategic Management, including training and coaching of (senior) leaders.
- Implement Daily (Performance) Management in cross functional process teams and hierarchical teams and departments including training and coaching of the team.
- Implement commercial management on a strategic level and daily management including training & coaching of the employees and leaders
- Training (up to green belt level) and coaching of employees, team leaders, middle managers and senior leaders in all aspects of the CI methodology and CI leadership.
- Coaching of project participants.
- Provide (on request and proactively) feedback to employees and (senior) managers with regard to the execution of CI related activities, CI related behaviours and CI related leadership style.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience.
- Lean/Six sigma Green Belt Certified is a must to have.
- Analytically strong and a fast thinker.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in complex environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
