As Lead Mechanical Engineer, you are responsible for the technical design and realization of complex mechanical systems. You act as the technical point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:

Leading multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept to delivery.

Coaching and guiding Mechanical Engineers within the project team.

Translating client requirements into technical solutions and specifications.

Creating and monitoring technical architectures, designs, and calculations.

Conducting design reviews and risk analyses.

Coordinating with disciplines such as software, electrical engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Ensuring quality, planning, budget, and technical feasibility.

Initiating technical improvements and innovations.
