As an International Business Controller, you will act as the financial business partner to Global Management and our Regional Directors. You will support them with insightful analyses, strategic advice, and clear management information, enabling them to make well-informed business decisions.
You analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive the business forward. You look beyond the figures by understanding why results differ, what impact these deviations have on the organization, and which actions are required to improve performance.
You are not a controller who simply reports the numbers. Instead, you challenge the business, ask critical questions, identify underlying relationships, and support management in making strategic decisions. Thanks to your analytical mindset and strong communication skills, you are able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You will regularly collaborate with directors of our locations across the globe and play a key role in international performance reviews, investment decisions, and organization-wide improvement initiatives.
