The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically-minded Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. This is a pivotal, client-facing role dedicated to driving client satisfaction, and strategic growth. You will own the client lifecycle, manage internal workflows, and maintain daily communication with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Success: Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, building long-term trust, ensuring retention, and aligning our strategies with their business growth goals.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Manage and direct daily tasks for internal digital teams, including SEO specialists, content creators, and technical experts, ensuring flawless and timely execution.
- Data Reporting & Insights: Generate activity and performance reports to maintain full transparency, analyzing technical data to showcase the value and ROI of our GEO strategies.
- Strategic Consulting: Guide clients through the evolving AI search landscape, adapting deliverables to ensure their brands remain highly visible.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or strategic Account Management role within the tech or digital marketing sector.
- Industry Background (Mandatory): Direct experience working within Cybersecurity companies OR companies with a core AI-driven product.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, with proven experience managing workflows and tasks for SEO and content teams.
- Language Mastery: Native Hebrew and high-level English (both written and verbal) are mandatory for managing global and local interfaces.
- Accountability & Presence: A strong sense of ownership, professional "client-facing" confidence, and the ability to operate independently.
Position Details & Terms
- Freelance Status: This is a long-term freelance engagement (fixed global salary, not hourly). We view this as a core, long-term team position with high commitment.
- Scope & Availability: 50%–70% position, spread over 5 days a week (Sunday–Thursday).
- Location: Fully Remote.
