Job Description:
1. Provide installation guidance and on-site technical support for energy storage systems to local Dutch customers.
2. Be responsible for the commissioning, grid connection configuration and functional testing of energy storage systems.
3. Handle after-sales issues for customers, conduct fault diagnosis and remote/on-site troubleshooting.
4. Offer technical training and product usage guidance to installers and partners.
5. Assist the sales team in providing technical solution support and conducting pre-project communication.
6. Collect on-site technical issues and feed them back to the R&D and product teams at the headquarters.
7. Write technical service reports and project commissioning records.
8. Support the improvement of local technical documents and operation guidelines.
9. Participate in exhibitions and customer technical exchange activities when necessary.
10. Assist in establishing local technical service processes and standards in the Netherlands.
Requirement:
1. over two years of technical support experience in energy storage, photovoltaic inverters or the new energy industry are preferred.
2. Familiarity with the basic principles of energy storage systems, inverters or photovoltaic systems is required.
3. Capable of on-site commissioning and troubleshooting.
4. Fluent in English for technical communication.
5. Fluent in Dutch for communication with local customers (a must).
6. Possess good customer service awareness and communication skills.
7. Able to adapt to business trips and on-site services within the Netherlands.
8. Capable of working independently and adapting to a home office model.
9. Hold a legal work permit for the Netherlands.
