- Take a customer-centric approach, understand the target B2B Restaurant audience, and bring to life the Uber Eats brand at events in a way that is consistent with our global brand positioning, B2B narrative, and product positioning
- Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure events come in at or under budget
- Oversee event measurement and tracking, communicate the return on investment and impact of events, and own results reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage B2B Restaurant event calendar and understand timing of events in a commercial context
- Support ad-hoc regional event requests and logistics as required (managing incoming requests, shipping/handling of booth materials, consulting with local teams to provide event guidance)
- Partner with teams to build marketing plans for events, including developing pre-/during/-post go-to-market plans.
- Share event best practices and manage event playbook for local field teams
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of event marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving quantifiable and measurable business results (ROI, closed accounts, leads, etc.)
- Excellent project management, organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Excellent forecasting and budget management skills
- Proficient in Salesforce and B2B marketing automation software
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and the ability to craft a compelling story in slides

- Ability to travel to events as requested (EMEA)
- Fluent in English, with French, German or Spanish an advantage
