- Constantly working on improvement in safety awareness and the safety culture within projects, encouraging project management to take responsibility
- Ensure that safety policies, objectives, procedures and plans are effectively setup, communicated and adhered by all project members and subcontractors
- Reporting on the safety performance to the management, addressing on audit and inspection findings and taking action on the matters to prevent recurrence
- Maintaining a strong communication and collaboration relationship with the supervisors, client, third parties and the QHSE department
- Managing the project HSE team could be a part of your role, depending on experience, we encourage our employees to continue to develop and learn
