As an experienced paid social specialist, you’ll operate at the intersection of data, media, and creative. You’ll set up and optimise campaigns across multiple countries, manage substantial budgets, and push performance through platforms like Meta and TikTok. Tools like Smartly (a must in this role) and Channable are second nature to you. Your day-to-day includes everything from campaign structure to audience strategy and creative testing.
You’ll work closely with CRM, and Brand teams, always keeping one eye on performance and the other on long-term customer value.

Translate campaign goals into social paid media strategies and set up performance-driven paid social campaigns across multiple channels

Build, automate, and optimise campaigns in Smartly, ensuring best-in-class execution and scalability

Use Channable to manage feeds and product catalogues for dynamic campaigns and DPA across regions

Manage and analyse large budgets (€100k+ per campaign) while improving ROAS, reach, and engagement

Develop structured testing plans (audiences, placements, creative) and share learnings across the organisation

Coordinate with internal teams and external media/creative partners to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery

Provide reporting and clear insights to guide decisions, drive growth, and shape long-term strategy
