About this role
As a Senior Planner, you will be the core driver of our operational planning cycles for Thuisbezorgd.nl in the Netherlands. Joining our collaborative Forecast & Planning team, you will lead the daily planning operations, train specialists, and deliver key strategic targets. In this role, you will care for your team's success while aiming high to optimize country performance.
Location: Netherlands (Hybrid)
- Partner with leadership and Business Planners to execute operational planning Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Monitor planning and operational performance against targets and provide actionable insights to drive excellence.

Act as the local Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for operational planning processes and tools.

Drive a continuous improvement mindset, collaborating with the global organization to enhance operational efficiency.

Identify local opportunities to optimize country performance and improve total planning quality.

Supervise, guide, and train Planning & Availability Specialists to ensure high team delivery.
- Deep understanding of operational planning, workforce management, or supply chain processes.

Educational background in a quantitative or business discipline, such as Engineering or Economics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends in order volume, availability, and staffing.

Proficiency in working with planning tools and data platforms, specifically Excel and Tableau.

High attention to detail paired with a structured, proactive mindset.

Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills to collaborate effectively.

Ability to adapt and operate brilliantly in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
