Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an analytical and driven Sales Performance Manager who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing sales performance across the organization. Working closely with Sales, Finance and other departments, you will provide performance insights and analyses that support commercial decision-making.
You will lead a small-medium team of analysts while driving continuous improvement across sales performance, incentives and reporting.
What will you do?
As a Sales Performance Manager, you will play an important role in tracking and improving key commercial KPIs across the field organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of Sales Performance Analysts;
- Bonus scheme design and calculations, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
- Designing and implementing incentives for Field Sales teams;
- Analyzing performance trends and identifying improvement opportunities;
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI);
- Supporting Sales and other departments with data-driven insights.
You will also perform ad-hoc analyses and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the organization, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
Who are you?
You bring solid experience in an analytical and performance-driven team leadership or management role and are comfortable working with data to influence business decisions. You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization, from sales teams to senior stakeholders.
Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or around 2–3 years of experience within consulting.

- Experience working with incentives, commissions or sales KPIs is a plus;
- Providing a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is not an issue for you.
You are fluent in English, and Dutch is considered a strong plus.
