Beschrijving van de vacature:
De S&OP Planner is verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, begeleiden en continue verbeteren van het Sales & Operations Proces (operationeel en tactisch) voor Velder. Van de Demand reviews, Supply reviews tot S&OP besluitvorming met als doel om een optimale balans te realiseren tussen de gewenste servicelevels, derving, versheid (THT), voorraadhoogtes (werkkapitaal) en optimale inzet van de beschikbare capaciteiten (overige kosten in de keten) in lijn met het budget.
Belangrijk onderdeel van de rol is het coachen van de collega’s van planning, sales, marketing, sourcing, operations en finance om gezamenlijk te groeien in de integrale aansturing van de business.
Je beschikt over een universitair werk/denk niveau in de richting van Supply Chain / Logistiek / Business of Finance met 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring;
Je bent een analytische verbinder die uitblinkt in proces denken, data en digitalisering;
Je overtuigt ons met goede communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands én Engels) en je bent een sterke persoonlijkheid met een positieve instelling;
Je bent zeer behendig met Excel, planning- en ERP systemen (Infor M3 en Demand Planner is een pre) en het gebruik van BI tools (Power BI is een pre).

Je bent onderdeel van het Planning & S&OP team wat bestaat uit 19 collega’s met 2 focus gebieden: Hollandse Kaas en Buitenlandse Kaas. Het team wordt aangestuurd door de Manager Planning & S& OP en 2 Teamleads. Jij rapporteert aan de Manager Planning & S& OP. Verder werken er Productie-, Demand- en Supplyplanners en een Supply Chain Analist
