Senior Analyst - Debt & Structured Finance – Amsterdam Based

We are looking for an Associate level individual to join our Debt and Structured Finance team in Amsterdam.
We are open to candidates that would be available to start in April 2026.
Role Overview
JLL Debt & Structured Finance are expanding their 40-strong European team and are seeking an associate that is looking to build a successful career in Real Estate Finance. You will be joining a collaborative and highly active team, where you will work closely with analysts and directors. You will play a leading role in transactions, underwriting and executing financing advisory assignments, as well as driving pitches and origination activities across pan-EMEA markets.
Our team's client base includes many of the world's largest real estate investment firms, and we cover all asset classes across major European jurisdictions.
We have completed $33Bn+ of financing transactions in the past 24 months, across 19 European countries.
This diverse offering is unique in the marketplace and gives associates the opportunity to lead transactions across a broad array of profiles.
The Debt & Structured Finance team works closely with other Capital Markets teams within JLL, offering valuable exposure to other segments of the industry.

We are searching for candidates looking for a role where they can grow into client-facing responsibilities, as mentorship and organic growth are foundational cultural principles.
Day-to-Day Activities
Transaction Leadership & Execution:
Lead underwriting across all property sectors and business plans (investment, value-add, ground-up development, etc.) across major European jurisdictions.
Oversee complex financial modelling and scenario analysis, mentoring junior team members on detailed unlevered and levered scenarios.
Take ownership of financing memoranda preparation, coordinating with clients, analysts, directors and graphics teams.
Lead lender outreach activities, managing Q&A processes, coordinating feedback, and maintaining key lender relationships
Coordinate transaction management during closing processes.
Business Development & Client Management:
Drive business generation activities including major pitches, client presentations, and strategic relationship development
Lead preparation of detailed RFP responses and pitch decks to secure new mandates.
Engage in client relationship management and idea generation across the EMEA region.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Mentor and supervise analyst-level staff on transaction execution and market knowledge.
Help with team improvement projects and team level marketing and business origination initiatives.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Economics or Business Administration from a reputable University.
2-4 years of professional experience in Real Estate Finance, Investment Banking, Loan Sales or related financial services.
Proven track record in financial analysis, deal execution, or client relationship management.
Previous experience in a client-facing or business development capacity preferred.
Fluent in English and Dutch in both speech and writing.

Strong leadership capabilities and ability to mentor junior staff.

Collaborative approach while able to work independently on senior-level responsibilities.
