Within the Tribe Global Customer Experience at ING Bank, we are looking for an experienced Rollout Lead to coordinate the international rollout of OneApp and OneWeb to countries that have not yet adopted these flagship digital platforms. You will be part of a team of four Rollout Leads, working on a strategic international programme that is expected to continue until 2027/2028.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a complex digital environment, enjoys connecting business, IT and operations, and has experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across international teams.
Responsibilities

Coordinate the rollout of OneApp and OneWeb to multiple countries.

Translate business requirements into a clear delivery scope.

Build realistic and predictable planning together with all stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for rollout countries and internal teams.

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the rollout process.

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive successful delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded countries, acting as their trusted partner.

Work closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.

Support operational readiness and ensure smooth adoption of the digital platforms.
Work environment
You will work in an international, multidisciplinary Agile environment from ING's Amsterdam office (Acanthus), collaborating with local and international squads to deliver a consistent digital customer experience across multiple countries.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Rollout Lead or Delivery Lead in a customer-facing digital environment.

Strong Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe, PACE or similar).

Experience bridging business and IT within software delivery projects.

Excellent stakeholder and account management skills.

Experience managing Product Backlogs and working closely with Product Owners.

Strong understanding of digital platforms and digital channels.

Experience with Operations (Ops) and coordinating operational readiness.

Experience with functional/application administration is highly desirable.

Experience with OneApp and/or OneWeb is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Currently living in the Netherlands.
