As a key player in a high-growth company, you’ll have the opportunity to execute impactful marketing strategies that will not only boost our visibility but also feed our sales funnel. You will work in the marketing team and closely with the sales team, with support from the Graphic Designer, and will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
MX3D is a pioneer in large-scale 3D metal printing. From our headquarters in Amsterdam, we have revolutionized the industry with our Robotic Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) technology. Globally, we are known for pushing boundaries, including building the world’s first fully functional 3D-printed stainless steel bridge. With our advanced M1/MX Metal AM systems, we enable companies worldwide to produce metal parts in-house using robotic 3D metal printing.
As part of our growing team, you’ll be a vital force in spreading the MX3D story, building our brand, and creating digital campaigns targeted at potential customers.
- Drive Leads & Conversions: Bring more potential customers to MX3D. You will focus on digital marketing campaign conversion to actively build and improve the volume and quality of incoming leads through our digital channels (eg website, ads, and social media).
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and scale data-backed digital campaigns across our channels and platforms (eg Google Ads, newsletter).
- Authentic Content Creation: Write strong copy that clearly demonstrates an understanding of the technology, market and customers, ensuring genuine communication with our audience.
- Proactive Community Building: Take creative ownership of our social media platforms. You will proactively create engaging content and actively drive follower growth to build our organic communities.
- SEO: Take an active role in implementing our SEO strategy to improve organic search and AI rankings and drive more website traffic.
- SEA, SMA & Budgeting: Test, validate, and scale campaigns across our platforms. This includes: Search Engine Advertising, Social Media Advertising, and identifying other advertising possibilities.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Running experiments on marketing campaigns, landing pages, heatmaps, GEO Targeting, and product offerings to find the most effective strategies for CRO/online growth.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitoring campaign performance, customer behavior, and other metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other data tools.
We are seeking a Growth Marketer who is not only creative and tech-minded, but also data-driven, skillful and passionate about digital marketing. While we welcome ambitious talent, some proven experience is preferred to ensure a swift learning curve and an immediate impact on our conversion goals. You should have:
- Conversion & Lead-Gen Focus: A proven track record of creating impactful digital marketing campaigns generating high-quality leads and conversions.
- Creative & Proactive Drive: The ability to independently ideate, structure, and execute engaging marketing campaigns that organically grow our audience.
- Market Understanding & Authentic Voice: Strong copywriting skills in B2B (high) tech markets
- Marketing Data Analysis Experience: By leveraging data, you ensure that marketing campaigns are optimized, customer engagement is maximized, and the company attracts and gains more leads.
- Basic WordPress Skills: An understanding of WordPress (or similar CMS) to optimize existing content/pages.
- Growth Mindset: Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and execute campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment, with an interest in technical or engineering concepts.
- Bonus Skills: Basic design skills are a plus.
