Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in supply chain, operations or logistics? Do you enjoy working with customers, leading implementations and turning operational performance into commercial growth?
At Caliber.global, we’re looking for an Account Manager who will act as the senior point of contact for customers, lead new customer implementations and take ownership of the execution, operational performance and financial performance of assigned accounts.
What you'll do
✔ Serve as the senior point of contact for existing customers
✔ Manage new customer implementations and customer trials
✔ Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
✔ Monitor operational, financial and customer performance
✔ Ensure accurate master data, reporting and process execution
✔ Prepare and lead business reviews with customers
✔ Identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling and continuous improvement
✔ Achieving sales and account growth targets, including cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and NPS scores.
✔ Work closely with Sales, Operations and internal stakeholders to deliver customer value
What you'll bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
✔ 6–10 years of professional experience preferred
✔ Strong experience in account management, supply chain or operations
✔ Solid understanding of supply chain management
✔ International experience or strong understanding of global markets
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills in English
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
