Manage permit processes with external vendors and local authorities
-
Establish and maintain regional design standards, BIM protocols, and drawing conventions aligned to Tesla standards
-
Relentless focus on value engineering to optimize performance and cost
-

Subject matter expert within the region – primary design contact for internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring-
Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent evidence of exceptional ability)
-
7+ years of professional experience delivering complex, multi-site architectural programs; demonstrated track record leading or mentoring a design team
-
Deep knowledge of the full design lifecycle for commercial or retail projects
